Sign in with your account at Xbox.com, then click your profile icon in the top right of the page.

- From the dropdown click the three dots and then Xbox Settings.

-That will take you to a page that has your Privacy & Online Safety Settings, from there you can toggle everything to 'Allow'.

This might have to do with NAT type issues!

You may want to check the NAT type on the Xbox Network tab of the Gaming section in the Windows Settings and find out how to troubleshoot it below:

1. Press the Windows button on your device or keyboard, or select the Windows icon in the lower-left corner of the main screen.
   
2. Select Settings > Gaming, and then select Xbox Networking.
   
3. Under Xbox Live Multiplayer, check the NAT type.
   

If the NAT type is not open, you will need to open some ports with your internet provider.

These ports must be open: Port 88 (UDP) Port 3074 (UDP and TCP) Port 53 (UDP and TCP) Port 80 (TCP) Port 500 (UDP) Port 3544 (UDP) Port 4500 (UDP).

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Please perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.
