    Hi!

    It seems to me that you have the physical version (talking about scratches). Try setting the console to "Offline", insert the disk and install the game.
    Once the installation is complete, you can set again the console to "Online".

    I am constantly getting kicked out of games and sent back to the main menu in BO3. This is the WORST COD ever. I can't even play more than a game or two and I either get kicked out to the main menu or my xbox reboots.
