I (PC gamer) have been trying to invite my friend who (who also has tried inviting me) is an xbox one gamer to the same Battlefield 1 match/server. Is this possible? We are friends through our Microsoft accounts but cannot invite one and other even through
we own the same game. Is this something to do with Origins (what BF1 is supported by on PC)? Or is this feature not possible yet? Let me know!

Party & game invites go to PC Xbox App!?

I have dual screen so using the Xbox App on my PC is alot faster to send messages / ask for invites & etc.

But, recently everytime someone invites me instead of it popping out on my Xbox One S it pops out on my PC and joins the party on the PC instead of the system.

Same with game invites it goes to PC and says, can't locate the game.

Any help?

Friend system not working fine

When I start up the Xbox app in Windows 10 the friend system doesn't work properly for me.

Friends that are online don't show online for minutes, and when I use the refresh button it often fails and tells me to keep refreshing.

Also I don't have my profile set on appear offline, but when I go to my profile tab it still shows "offline".

When I am in a game session (In this case Sea of Thieves) and a friend/player disconnects, there is no option for me to invite them back using the Xbox app. I can however invite friends when I am in the lobby of the game and invite them using the in-game
invite menu.

In this in-game friends list they still all appear offline but I am able to invite them into the lobby.

I have searched on a lot of forum topic but can't find any solution.

Hi,

Sorry this isn't possible. Battlefield 1 is not a cross platform game. If your friend want to play you, they will need the PC version of the game too.

Hi. You must be playing both on Xbox or both on PC. Cross plataform con BF1 is not available at the moment.

It might be that the Lobby you're currently in is full. If you are trying to invite friends, try to invite them through the in-game smartphone, or by going to the Online section of the Pause Menu, and invite them through the in-game user interface if you
are in the "open world" section of the game. If you are in the lobby screen of a mission, race or similar activity, try to invite your friends there.

The game might then tell you the reason it can't invite your friends.

I was invited by Xbox. I deleted the message on accident. On the smartglass app I can see the invite but on the console I can't. I only attempted to get invited by friends after I deleted the original invite.

what game are you trying to play? your friend will need to launch the 360 game and then click start and sellect to bring up the xbox 360 menu in which they will see your friends request
