    I cant speak with my fireteam members. I can even see the little speaker flash when other members speak but I have not ever communicated with any of my team members.

    Any suggestions on how to help me?

    How do I launch a fire team mission

    You don't even need to gather in the tower. You can invite people to join you in orbit, or even during activities. If you check your roster (press start, scroll left once), it should show who is currently in your fireteam. If you are in orbit, it will show
    your fireteam members right below your name. If you are the fireteam leader, you will bring the whole fireteam with you to whatever activity you select.

    Sorry to hear it. That message suggests that some members of your fireteam either do not have the required content installed or online restrictions prevent them from playing.
