Can't install xbox (beta) on my pc error (0x80190194)

Title says it all. The app will not install, will not prompt for UAC, does not show any semblance of progress. This is infuriating.

I'm updated to Version 2004, build 19041.508.

I am having the exact same issues with the exact same build.

Reinstalled windows several times, (running windows 10 pro) and still have the same issues.

Nothing I have found online has fixed this.

So... I already had all of that information populated on my account. But what I did do was basically click and confirm everything I could, updated some billing for my office 365 and then I tried it again and IT WORKED! Not sure if there was an update (
I did NOT DL a new installer) and low and behold it is all working now...

atleast you dont need to use Xbox (beta) app to download games from Xbox Game Pass, you can download them from Windows Store instead as a temporarily alternative
