    All Xbox apps are installed with windows. ayoull don't need to do anything.

    Install the xbox app and stream your console to the laptop. Both must be on the same same network and windows 10 is required.

    Make sure Windows 10 is the latest version & Xbox app is up to date on the laptop with the fresh install, and try changing the setting again.
