Cant install the Xbox (Beta) App. Error (0x8007065E)

Hey,

I have the issue that when I start my xboxinstaller and accept the license conditions it doesnt install.

Somtimes I get to the install screen (picture 1)which then doesnt progress. Most of the time I just get the Error 0x8007065E (picture 2)

I have all the new windows updates and I installed the installer multiple times ,but it never works.

It seems like im the only person with this issue.

I dont really know what to do right now.

I would be happy if someone knew what my problem is.

Translation for picture 2:There was an Error. The App could not install.

I tried every single step, including resetting my Windows and it still doesnt work..

I cant even install the Xbox Beta App for PC . I check the microsoft store and it shows “Game Services” in the

updates with the error 0x80070005 and when i close out of the Xbox (Beta) Installer the Xbox Services Update in the Microsoft Store disappears meaning those two are connected. How do i fix this issue?

Hi Kim Dude,

sorry to hear. The error code 0x8007065e is a realy hard to fix error (because often it means something like missing some core files). Please read first

"Error Code 0x8007065e" and follow step by step (and yes, you've already tried some of the tips, but step by step). You should then complete this repair attempt with:

Check your hard disk (Type in the following command which will run a check disk. chkdsk C: /r/f and hit Enter)
Check also if there are Updates pending in the Store APP: Select the Start
button, and then from the apps list, select Microsoft Store. In Microsoft Store, select See more/Downloads and updates/Get updates.
Check if all 4 XBOX Services and the 2 gaming service are running (via taskmanager).
If everything is fine then reboot your system / Login and

"Try it with a clean boot" whether the game then starts or if the Error code is changing!!!

Funny but also check your time and date!!

And please: "SOME GAMES HAVE TO BE INSTALLED AT C:" also some users informed that the cleanboot does not appear to turn off every Firewall/Antivirus!! Please check also if your VGA / GPU has got the latest driver and the set all VGA/GPU tweaks off - some
useres also said, that they have to re-install DirectX!!!
