Can't install the game from Microsoft store and request refund

I totally understand, however, you have purchased the base game on Steam which is a different platform from Microsoft Store, you can only install the add-ons that you have if you have purchased the base game on Microsoft Store.

You will be needing to request a refund so you can purchase the add-ons through Steam. To request a refund kindly sign in to https://xbox.com/refunds.

You cannot get the pc version of the game from the Microsoft Store. You will need to request a refund from here https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/billing/payment-and-purchases/request-refund Then purchase the game from a PC store, like the ubi store here

Your best bet is to request a refund from Microsoft then purchase the game from the Ubisoft store or steam.

Hi , i did bought it on the microsoft store but i finally used Alucario s solution with the xbox refund request and i could send my request for the refund , i couldn t with from the microsoft store .
