Can't install Sea of thieves on a second device

Some specification: I am on windows 11 on this laptop, 10 on my main PC on which I play Sea of thieves. I also got Sea of thieves via a CD key before it was on the steam store .

I am currently away from my PC and decided to play sea of thieves.
But when I tried to find it on my xbox account to install it, it was like I've never bought it. Checked my microsoft account and it is the same as the xbox one. I can provide screenshots that I have played it. I do not know how to fix this problem so I am asking you.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

We need to validate that the game was purchased under your account. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, locate the game order from there for the game, it should be stated as “completed”.

If you were able to find the game transaction make sure that you’re signed in on both Microsoft Store App and Xbox App.

You’ve also mentioned Sea Of Thieves on Steam, please be reminded that the license of the game on Steam is different from the Microsoft Store, if you own the game from there you may need to install it using the Steam launcher.

Yes, I can play both Microsoft and non-Microsoft games, but not in the sea of thieves. And maybe it will be important, sea of thieves is installed on Steam
