    with no luck, game works on friends xbox and other games install on mine. any other suggestions?

    Install freezes at 45%

    My game will not install. I've tried 2 different discs, both brand new straight from the package.

    1) reset xbox, try install - fail

    2) try install offline - fail

    3) factory reset try install - fail

    4) clear blu-ray persistent data, reset alternate mac address try offline install - fail.

    5) Tried a different game disc - fail.

    There are no problems with either disc (both brand new, opened from package) and I've tried both discs with multiple resets, clearing of caches, install offline, etc....

    battlefield 4 won't load

    Restart the xbox or re-install the game? I've tried both in the past and the game started working again.

    Can’t connect to dhcp

    Ok that worked until this morming, i was offline and when i ran the check network it said cant connect to the ip address. So i reset the mac to auto and it came back cant get dhcp. So something is wrong somewhere. I tried hard restart on the xbox and it
    didnt work. I power cycled the gateway and it worked.

    So frustrating, everyday day or two having to reset stuff to work.

    Yeah I tried both of those options, I've done a hard reset like 20 times in the past 3 days.

    I have same problem for installing program like youtube and micrsoft photo.

    I have tried the methods of put Xbox offline then physically restart Xbox, or the method cancelling the installation and power cycle. Both of them don't work.

    What shall I do?

    I had the same issue, game would intall then title screen would appear and then back to the home screen, talked to GAME and they suggested to uninstall and re-install but do so whislt OFFLINE game loaded and played fine BUT i then tried to do update and
    same issue, so uninstalled and re-installed but play offline now and all is fine so something to do with the download....am waiting to talk to microsoft atm.....
