Can't install owned game

Very good info was not aware you can clear the cache by holding down the xbox button.

Have you checked your purchase history with the account that you redeemed the code? The game should show in your history, which would mean that you should be able to redownload it.

Revisa si esta en el perfil que comprarte el juego

Na verdade o que pode estar acontecendo e talvez voce nao esta logando com a conta em que voce resgatou o jogo.

Hi there. Make sure that you are logged into the account that you used the code on. If you are then first try clearing the cache by holding the power button in for 15 seconds or until it powers down wait aprox 30 seconds and power back on. If this fails
try doing a sof reset by choosing to restart console and choosing the option to keep games and apps. If this fails try removing your account and re adding it. If this fails it could be that its one of the games that is having download issues and will hopefully
be fixed in the next update. I hope one of these help and hope you are safe and well during these hard times.
