Can't install or uninstall Forza Horizon 4

Forza Horizon 4 was crashing to desktop on start so i uninstalled it but I dont think it uninstalled correctly as now when I went to reinstall it on a different drive it went from the 70~gb download to 478kb and now it thinks it's installed when it isn't. How do i remove the game manually including any registry entries?

I can't uninstall it for some reason. I have tried to uninstall it from the windows store should I try to uninstall forza horizon 4??

i had this happen to me also.. what i foudn works. reset windows. orrrrrrrr.. make another profile. log into that profile. then log into xbox app and install it in a different location then the first .. and once its done. start it . after the cloud transfer and u get into the game once. then thats when. i usualyl would restart. and then log into my primary account. and play.

Did you already delete or clean up your optimization files? They should be removed once those are cleaned up.

I do not see this as a glitch as well since other gamers are not getting this problem. I would still suggest trying other Forza games just to be sure. And my last option for this is to reset the PC just to refresh the system.

It's an issue i had before it was just crashing to desktop on start. I can run on Ultra with a consistent 60fps though that was one of the things i tried. Also tried rolling back my nvidia driver, clearing memory with rammap, installing on different drives, turning off overlays and playing horizon solo. Nothing seems to fix it.
