    Can't install or play PES 2018 even though I have a valid Game Pass subscription. I only have options "Buy" and "Trial Owned". Please help me play this as it is a Game Pass game. Thank you.

    I can't seem to join any online multiplayer games even though i have a valid xbox live gold subscription that expires in 2018. Is this a fault with xbox live, my account or something else? Any help would be great as microsoft themselves have been pretty

    can't play FIFA 21 with Xbox live gold

    The games were installed during my Game pass subsciption. Now I have subscription only for Live Gold. I almost cleared the case for me, because it seems that if I want to play these games the subscriprion must be for Game pass or Pass ultimate or EA Play /for FIFA 21/. Am I wright or there is another problem? I didn't know that the installed games during any subscription are not my own and can be played only with valid subscription.

    There are 4 versions of Game Pass.

    Game Pass Core, Game Pass for console, Game Pass for PC, and Game Pass Ultimate.

    Only Game Pass Core and Game Pass Ultimate include the ability to play online multiplayer games.

    Is your subscription for one of those two or is it just Game Pass for console?

    a factory reset without deleting the games and settings would be worth a try but you need your account infos to redownload your profile.

    Have you forgotten your password or why do you fear to lose your account ?
