Can't install most games on XBOX PC Pass Beta app

Hello,

Yesterday I subscribed to the PC Game Pass and installed the app.

When I try to install Sea of Thieves, or games similar in size like Crackdown 3, then I get this error code: 0x803fb107. Other games like My Time at Portia and Ape Out do install.

I tried several things I found on the internet like WSRESET, a powershell command, rebooted multiple times, cleared the windows store cache folder in Appdata, reset the microsoft store with the reset button in the windows settings. I also tried downloading
sea of thieves in the microsoft store but without any success.

I just want to install sea of thieves. Thanks for the help.

Hi Yannis,

In order to install this game or any game from the Microsoft Store App, you will need to ensure your Windows 10 device is on a 1903 OS build or greater (Current 1909). The easiest way to ensure your PC is ready to go for this game and any other game
that comes to Game Pass for PC is to install the Xbox (Beta) App with the steps posted here. This will force the PC to install
an OS version that can run all Game Pass for PC games and allow users to easily find them inside the Xbox (Beta) App.

Let us know if you have the most recent OS build for Windows and the Xbox (Beta) App and try installing the game from the app as well.

game pass ultimate account is signed into the
Microsoft store app, You might want to try installing the
xbox(beta) app on windows as well and try downloading from there.

Not all of the game pass games between Xbox and PC are the same, the xbox(beta) app will show you all the available and installed windows game pass games

Now it just keeps hanging on installing. It downloaded the 4.33 mb with max 11 KB p/s and now it is hanging at "installing". It's not my internet connection, I can download from every other launcher/store without any problems. And not with max 11 KB p/s.
The Microsoft store is just bugging out here.

Yeah, this is an issue specific to the windows store app. The only way i can think of testing it is downloading smaller sized games from the windows store, as well as bigger sized games to see if you get the same results.
