Can't install Minecraft on my PC

Where exactly did you try to install the Minecraft game? From Minecraft website, Microsoft Store, or Xbox app?

Please make sure to check for Windows OS updates. Install all pending updates. Check as well you PC date & time and location if they’re all correct.

I have purchased Minecraft on Xbox. I would like to insta

ll it on my Win 10 PC too. When I go to The Minecraft page and click "Install on my devices". It does not list my Win 10 PC as a device to install Minecraft. I can see Xbox as a device to install Minecraft. I have also confirmed that the account logged in
from the PC is same as the one used for Xbox Minecraft purchase.

I assume if I purchase a game for Xbox and available for PC can be used on PC also.

Are you talking about Minecraft for PC or Minecraft for Xbox? These games are separate purchases (in effect, separate games). If you purchased for console, you can't install to Windows or vice-versa.

I'm sorry but based on the screenshot, it's actually the Xbox version of Minecraft that's why you can't install it on your PC. Here's the version for Windows 10 PC.

Just when I tried to log in to my 2nd Xbox account on PC, I get a message that this device is banned.



As for the second one, I have Minecraft Premium installed and somehow I can't play it.
