Can't install Minecraft license on a new computer

This is my third question this day regarding a problem that I have been having for a month, the Minecraft license does not want to be installed on my new laptop, it does have the minimum requirements and even that is not a problem, but I don't know why. The reason it still doesn't recognize me, I was chatting with Minecraft support and they told me that they can't solve the problem and I couldn't find anything useful online, I hope they can help me.

Make sure you have the latest drivers for your laptop, especially the graphics card drivers. Outdated drivers can cause compatibility issues with games. Visit your laptop manufacturer's website and check for the latest driver updates for your specific model.

Also reinstall Minecraft Try to completely uninstall Minecraft from your laptop and then reinstall it using the latest version of the official installer. Be sure to follow all instructions during installation and provide the license correctly when requested.

NOTE: A fun fact is Make sure your laptop's date and time are set correctly. An incorrect date and time can cause authentication and licensing issues.

How is your setup to install MS Flight Simulator? I mean, if you own a flight institution (or aeronautical engineering institution) with computers, you can install and license MS Flight Simulator on these computers and let the students use these computers on your education institution.

Unfortunately, the standard licensing terms in Spain do not allow a computer based license. Is it allowed in the US?

I will contact fs zendesk although I don’t know whether educational licensing is handled by MS Edu. Any experience on this?

Did you uninstall all Minecraft launchers (official and unofficial) from your computer before trying to install the new one again?

After you bought the new computer, did you install the Minecraft launcher and put the same account that was on the old computer?

Same issue with my mobile computer after upgrading the Windows 10 Anniversary release.

Have tried uninstall, new install, new purchase _ no way. Still the message telling me to refresh my license with uninstall/reinstall.

Any ideas/solutions?
