    Can't Install Hollow Knight on Series S...


    Hi all! I just purchased Hollow Knight on the Microsoft Store here:

    It says it was included with the game pass ultimate (which I have), but when I log in and go to the game it seems like it's just a discount if your on game pass, you don't get it included for free? I went ahead and bought the discounted version, but when
    I go to install it to the Series S I have, it says I don't have a supported device to install it on? (It says Series S is supported on the page). Other games install just fine.

    Confused on why I can't do this?

    Some games that are supposed to show up on Game Pass PC don't exist in my Xbox App.

    I just tried installing Hollow Knight since it's PC only and it launched the Hollow Knight page on my Xbox App but while on the website it says "INSTALL TO included with Game Pass" in the app it says not available. Oh and also Back 4 Blood is nowhere to be found in my Xbox app.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have a question on Hollow Knight. The reason it wont work on the PC, is you do not have the PC version. Hollow knight is not a play anywhere title so can't be used on both Xbox and PC with same version. To
    play on PC you will need to purchase the
    PC version    .
