    Can't Install Halo Since Doesn't Appear as Owned in Store


    I purchased Halo Master Chief download version quite a while ago. It shows in my billing history as "redeemed code." It does not show as "owned" in the store. I have successfully installed on two consoles. I can't put it on a third Xbox since it doesn't show as "owned' in the store.

    Hi,

    Minecraft Xbox One Edition does appear in my order history, which I bought in 2015, but the newer Minecraft (Bedrock Edition) which I would've installed in late 2017 doesn't appear.

    On the website you linked, Minecraft appears with a 'buy now' button, which takes me to the Microsoft Store, where it says "Install, you own this", similarly to the Store on the console itself.

    Anything you own will show in the Xbox store as owned. You can always download it through the store again if it's not appearing in the ready to install section.

    I have game pass ultimate and there's a free perk for world of tanks that i'd like to have but the content doesnt show up in my game after i install it. Anyone else having this issue?

    That didn't fix it. I think whats happening is that even tho i have ultimate, its not recognizing that i can claim the perk. Every time i check the add on in the store, its says to install it, which i do, but then in the store it says to install it still. So the problem seems to be that Microsoft doesn't know that i own it. Because when u own an add on it appears in the store as owned and this add on does not. I hope this information helps you to help me. Thank you for your help on this.
