Cant install Halo MCC

yesterday i was updating it and i shut off my pc for the night, today it tells me that the game updated even if i didnt finish. so i try to start it and it leads me to a microsoft store page where i can download a microsoft service i already had. i decide
the game is glitched so i try and uninstall it,it works cause my hdd space is free now but the game wont just reinstall it starts for a brief second and then it stops and returns back to the "install" button i tried uninstalling the game again witch didnt
work and i even uninstalled the xbox beta app but nothing worked. Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.

I also have the halo guardians xbox and i cant install halo mcc or destiny, it did install spartan strike though

I have the same issue. The MCC app got stuck in a wierd "has Update" but wont update loop. Xbox app can't launch the game. So I uninstalled it and tried reinstalling it. The uninstall didn't free up the disk space, the reinstall wouldn't complete, just says
installing. I tried in MS Store app, the install doesn't even start downloading before it errors out with a "0x803FB107" error. Tried a number of things, not getting closer to a solution. The Outer Worlds wont even launch either...

Had a similar bug before. Just uninstall the whole game and install it from the Microsoft store and not through the Xbox app.

I had to follow until the part where you type in the first powershell command then reboot. After that I could download Halo.

To those having install issues, do as other have said, make sure to update halo mcc and make sure you have the disc in when installing, the campaign resides under the halo 3 campaign in halo mcc.
