Cant install games or login on Gamepass Xbox App (windows 10)

Hello. I have downloaded the gamepass-app. The thing is, I cant install or login to it. The same thing happens on either:
I press login/install game, a grey box jumps around for a bit then disapers. I have tried to reinstall, tried to clear cache etc. Nothing works. Anyone who has experienced the same problem?

Follow the instructions after clicking on the green button "Contact us" and choose to get help from an online chat agent. Make sure the region on the support website is set to your correct region in order not to find issues with the steps.

you cant, it does not work like the other launchers even win 10 to win 10, the encrypted folder is tied to that one installation if you reset windows or format then you have to delete and redownload all the games.

There is no way of transferring games from one install of windows to another for gamepass or windows store installations. yes it sucks.

Only gamepass ultimate works with steam deck

Unless you install Windows 10

Steam.os cannot install games because from gamepass games are windows based

Only cloud gaming is supported unless you install Windows 10

Make sure you are on Windows 10 and then login to the Xbox App using the same Xbox account that your Game Pass is on.

In the Xbox App go to the Store and search for the game that you are trying to play. The purchase button should switch to "Install". then Install and play the game while logged into the Xbox App.
