    Can't install games on PC with XBL app because 'performance check not available yet'


    I have a problem with the XBL app for PC regarding installing games. For a larger number of games, I do not get an option to install them, like Madden 23, Fifa 23, Battlefield 2042, etc. The reason seems to be because 'Performance check not available yet'. Instead of a green 'install' button, I only see a 'sad smiley'.

    My PC specs are:
    RTX 4090

    Intel 10700k

    32 GB Ram

    SSD drives

    There is no game that my PC can not run, or would have performance difficulties with. How can I install these games?

    Please make sure to install the EA app available on PC. It's required to install all the EA games Mrcrusher13

    Once installed make sure to sign in with your game pass account and you should be able to install the games now

    Please, repair the XBOX app installation:

    Press the Windows Key+X > Select Apps > Search for XBOX > Advanced > Restore

    Then, on the same page, press Repair.

    Restart your PC and follow these steps:

    Launch the Xbox app for PC.

    Click your Profile picture.

    Click on Support.

    Click on Gaming Services Repair Tool.

    Click on Start Troubleshooting.

    Hello, you will not receive a code since the game is already linked to your account (check that it is so at account.xbox.com/mygames ).

    Also, at least with most games, you can't install yet because of the game not having been released or made available for pre-load yet.

    Check your library in the Microsoft Store app and it should list any games that are available for you to install on the PC. Not all games would be available on the PC without having to buy them again.
