Can't install games on PC with XBL app because 'performance check not available yet'

Please, repair the XBOX app installation:

Press the Windows Key+X > Select Apps > Search for XBOX > Advanced > Restore

Then, on the same page, press Repair.

Restart your PC and follow these steps:

Launch the Xbox app for PC.

Click your Profile picture.

Click on Support.

Click on Gaming Services Repair Tool.

Click on Start Troubleshooting.

Hello, you will not receive a code since the game is already linked to your account (check that it is so at account.xbox.com/mygames ).

Also, at least with most games, you can't install yet because of the game not having been released or made available for pre-load yet.

I tried to replicate your issue and can confirm that the compatibility check is not yet available for this game. However, if you're able to run the game through Steam, you should be able to run it after downloading the Microsoft Store/Xbox app version because the hardware requirements are the same.

Additionally, it is important to mention that sometimes the compatibility check feature isn't available for some games. Actually, I selected a random game (Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition), and the same happened, but the feature worked with Halo Infinite.

For this reason, as general advice, you can check if a game runs on your PC by visiting https://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri. That site is very helpful for testing if a specific game can run on our hardware.
