Can't install game I bought off store

"I have bought a game off of Xbox store a while ago. I played it but haven't played it for a while now. Tried playing it last few days but says need to install but won't let me. Tried deleting it off Xbox completely, cleared cache etc and reset Xbox ( turn
off , in plug etc) still Wont let me reinstall it." any advice? It was bought by me in my user name etc.

Can't install Killer Instinct ( Windows 10)

I'm having a problem with Windows Store. Every time I try to install "KI" I've got an error 0x80070057 (bought a game last year, worked fine. Uninstalled it before new hardware upgrade and now can't install it again ).

 

I can't open any of the icons under the store tab. They have a locked symbol.

I just bought the XboxOne and want to install the game that came with it. I can't access the store as it displays a locked symbol. No error codes appear when I try to access the store. Help please.

there are no error codes as far as I know. It just keeps coming up with installation stopped. It's being installed on 2tb external hd. I have played it extensively in the past but not for a while. I've completely wiped it off hd then tried reinstalling
but no joy.

Have you tried plugging your external hard drive into an alternate USB port on the console and then try to install this game? Also, are you able to install this game directly onto the hard drive, or do you encounter this same error code? If so, is the game
that you are trying to install an Xbox 360 title?

 

hi...i have tried using a different port but no luck. Can't install it on either internal or external hd and it's a Xbox one title..tom Clancy woodlands. Played it before when bought it off Xbox store....just diesnt let me know. It just says installation
stopped withe the error code0x80070005. Been trying for weeks now. May try for a refund.
