Can't install Forza Horizon 4 in the store nor the Xbox app

Hey,

when I try downloading the game (Xbox and Microsoft store), right before it finishes, at 100%, It says error (I tried many things and even reset my pc to factory settings), but It won't work.

*I tried downloading a 3 GB game and it worked after a few times, maybe it's because of the game's size.

Hey, thank you for the reply. I don't have any update and it says error 0x80070005, if that helps.

That error code usually relates to a WIndows Update error of some kind..if things are working normally on that side of things, then it could be a system file issue somewhere (though it could be other things)

Click on the Windows icon bottom left of your screen, start typing "command prompt"...on the app that appears, click on "run as administrator". This will open a new Window....in that, type:

sfc/ scannow

That will check your system files and attempt repair on any broken/corrupted ones

Next thing to try is to reset the Windows Store...it basically resets the cache (much like a browser):

Go to All Settings

Then Apps

Scroll down to Microsoft Store, click on it, then click on "Advanced"

Scrolldown to "Reset" and click

Outside that, what version of Windows are you running?

What anti-virus do you run? Is it a 3rd party one like Norton, Avast, Kaspersky etc? If so, then try uninstalling it (Windows has Defender anyway)..sometimes they can cause issues
