Can't install Football Manager 2021

I have done everything what they have said but my problem is the error code which in connected to xbox and i couldn't figure out any solution for it.

In that case it appears the issue is with the game itself and I'd advise you reach out to Sega support (the game developers) so they can investigate and rectify the issue

Please try the following fixes.

Step 1

- Go to Xbox.com and click Sign In.

- If there are problems with your account, the instructions will help to resolve them. - If you can't go beyond the login screen, select Forgot my password and follow the instructions.

Step 2

- Click the Windows + I keys

- Click on Time and Language

- Under Date & Time, verify that the Set time automatically setting is turned on.

If the error still persists, try the next step.

Step 3

- Click the Windows + I keys

- Click on Accounts

- Browse to the Microsoft account you used to sign in to the Xbox app and select Remove.

- Then go back to Xbox app and reconnect with the Microsoft account you just removed.

Ok then, I will try again at Sega support.

There was a similar thread on this issue quite recently; same game, same error code. The Gamer contacted Xbox Support directly and after all the troubleshooting failed, Support asked him to reach out to Sega as the issue wasn't on their end. I can't find the thread now but when I do I'll drop the link
