    If I may ask, may I know which platform are you trying to install the game Far Cry 6. is it on Windows PC or Xbox console?

    Also is the game, a disc game, a digitally purchased game, or a free game from a subscription?

    It was on windows PC. I have game pass, and I figured out that I had to go to the Ubisoft website to download the UbisoftConnect app first. I got it to work now

    I'm having same issue with FC 6 game of the year edition on Xbox series X. I've paid for it!! but when you go into the manage this game option to install it, the install screen loads, but then there is just the rotating ring of doom - how to fix please, or if not fixable, how do I get a refund please?
