Can't install DLC for NHL19

My kid bought NHL 19 and it came with a code for some HUT points...entered the code and seems like all went well but the points are no where to be found and there is nothing to install in managing the game. His account shows an install on the internet
via the game but when you click on it a copy box pops up and nothing happens.

Hi everyone,

In NHL18, there was the possibility to buy NHL19 into the game, which I did.

NHL19 is not installed, and I received an email saying "Congratulations for your purchase of the electronic version of NHL 18"

What ?

It says NHL19 and intsead, I have to repay for NHL18 that I allready have ?

Does anybody had this issue ? And what am I suppose to do with this ….. ?

This is a rip off and false advertising!

It happened to me.

Customer support just stopped my chat.

Price now is higher, even if I get a refund, I will have to pay more for NHL19 now.

Please honor the offer and order we placed, and provide NHL19 as we bought it.

Or is it a scam?

 

I don't believe the points for those game appear as DLC under the manage games area.

What do you mean that his account shows an "install on the internet"?

 

When I look into his account as a family member online thru my laptop it shows that the purchase/redemption was made. When you access his account online thru the console it shows the purchase/redemption was made plus the word "install"...when you click
on it a new box comes up with the code and a copy button...when u click copy nothing happens. We have tried redeeming the code again and it says already redeemed.

Please check the account to see if it shows the code was currency placed on the Microsoft account itself.

On the console:

1. press the Xbox Button on the controller (Don't hold it)
2. Select System > Settings > Account > Payment & billing

*On the Payment Options page, it should show the "Microsoft Account" currency.

On a PC:

Under
Family it should show the purchase history for the child account or even looking at the

Payment Optionsit should show the amount there.

Thanks for replying...tried as you said...console...in his account under order history it shows it as completed with a clickable "install" under the word completed...clicking on install opens a box with the code and a clickable "copy" but nothing happens
when you click on copy. On my PC when I check the purchase history it also shows as completed but there is no clickable "install". I would also add that these points were not purchased solely on there own. The store had a promo on where when you purchase
the game they gave 1050 HUT points in the form of an activation code...is there possibly something the store has to do yet for the code to become active.

If you haven't already, please Remove your Account and once you re-add it, check if your HUT points are showing
up. At that point, if you don't see them show up, we encourage you to visit our Xbox Support site in order to setup a call or live chat with a representative in order
to confirm there are no issues with the account.

 

Am I removing my account as the head family member or his account which is the one that redeemed the code. When re adding it will everything he had before be there??

Remove the account in which the code was redeemed. All his content is linked to his account so nothing will be lost (saves, online progress, achievements, purchased content, etc.)

 

Account removed and then re added...same thing...you suggest contacting support???

In-game currency.

Since it was already redeemed and it's still not showing up within the game I would suggest to contact Live Support. Since here in the forums we don't have the tools to further assist.
