Can't install DLC for Forza Horizon 3 -on my PC

If you can't find or install the DLC expansions for Forza Horizon 5 on your PC, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

Check account and platform compatibility first: Make sure you're using the same Microsoft account on both your Xbox and PC. Hi Rik! Did you check if any updates are available for Windows 10?

The VIP Pass gives you extra Cars, and a double wheelspin bonus, among a few other things. To get to the cars you will need to head to the autoshow in game, and "purchase" each one for free in the autoshow. They will then be in your garage for use.

The other DLCs (Blizzard Mountain, Hot Wheels) Will appear as a travel location on the map. Once you arrive at those locations you can choose to travel to the DLC location.

Thanks but yeah I made sure windows had the latest update. I noticed playing through the game last night that the 'Treasure map DLC' I bought for the game (Forza Horizon 3) came up after I unlocked some content through playing.-I'm assuming rather than "downloading"
buy the DLC simply unlocks certain things as it said something along the lines of
"You have unlocked blah, blah. As you own the treasure map you may now blah blah."

I'm wondering if that will be the same case with the VIP cars pack I purchased--Does anyone have experience with DLC for Forza Horizon 3?
