can't install disc 1 - "selected save device has been lost"

In COD:Ghosts I Have 2 Discs , 1 For Multiplayer And

1 Campaign When i insert disc 2 it installing it when it up to 95 % it says Selected Save Device Has Been Lost , i dont know what i have o do ??

I have disc 1 in, and it won't let me select which storage unit. That is the issue. Can't select anything. Just keep popping up the box to select a save device.

Kindly try to install the digital version of the game.

1. Open the Xbox app on your mobile device.

2. Search for the game that cannot be installed

3. Press Download to console and select the destination console

4. Once the game has been installed on that console, the disc can be inserted to play

Did you removed the game updates (NOT THE GAME SAVES) and DLC after clearing the system cache?

To remove the DLC:

1. Go to the Xbox Dashboard, select the Settings page and then System.
2. Select the Storage menu item.
3. Select the storage area where the DLC data is being kept. This is usually the Hard Drive.
   
4. Select Games and Apps.
5. Select Skyrim.
6. Select the DLCs (NOT THE GAME SAVES).
7. Select Delete. The system will prompt you for confirmation. Select Yes.
8. The system will notify you when the content has been deleted.

Please be advised that any saves made while the DLC was installed and active may not work properly or behave in unexpected ways if the DLC is removed. The game will warn you when you try to load such a save. These warnings can be resolved by reinstalling the
DLC content.

To install the Skyrim Legendary Edition on the XBox 360:

1. Insert the second disc into your Xbox 360 Xbox and follow the prompts.
2. The disc will first ask if you would like to update the game (to version 1.9). You must accept this update or the installer will exit.
   
3. After the update has been installed, you will be presented with a selection screen where you may select/deselect any combination of the three Skyrim DLCs - Dawnguard, Hearthfire, and Dragonborn.
   
4. After making your selections, the installer will copy the add-on content to your Xbox 360 hard drive.
   
5. After installation is completed, you may play the Legendary Edition by removing the add-on disc and inserting disc one.
   

Thank you. If the disc stops when you're in the process of installing it kindly clear the locally saved data then try again.

1. Eject the disc from your console.

2. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

3. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Storage devices.

4. Select Clear local saved games.

Note Selecting this option will not delete any games or progress you have saved in the Xbox cloud. It will only clear the data you have saved locally.

5. Select Yes to confirm.

6. Once your console restarts, try installing the game again.
