    Hello,

    I have the game pass ultimate subscription and according to their online catalog Cities skylines should be in there but when I look it up in the app for PC it isn't even available for purchase let alone free download with game pass. With other games I don't
    have this issue.

    It could be tgat its not available in your region? I've just checked the game pass mobile app and its showing as available for PC install for me (United Kingdom), so you could try a remote install or failing that check if you can claim it from a different
    region's marketplace
