Can't install, cancel, or anything because of Bugsanx on PC Xbox pass

We appreciate you provided us details about what you have already performed. We do have troubleshooting on this reply, before you check the steps, do you mind providing us the details about your Windows device?

1. May we ask if you have issues installing Microsoft Store games? You may try to install Minecraft Launcher or Microsoft Sudoku or Microsoft Solitaire Collection
   
2. May we ask for the Windows version and edition of your computer or laptop? Please type WINVER into the Windows search bar and hit Enter.
   

Have you tried resetting Xbox app and Microsoft Store cache? This can sometimes resolve installation issues. Here are the steps to do so:



1. Reset/Repair Xbox app. Guide - Repair apps and programs in Windows.

2. For Microsoft Store: Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.

3. Type "wsreset.exe" and press Enter.

4. Wait for the command to complete and the Microsoft Store to open.

5. Try installing or canceling the game again.



If this doesn't work, you can try running the troubleshooting below. So far, from the details you provided, you can try the following steps and let us know the result. You can just skip those you have done already.

• Restart device -
  
  • This will clear your computer’s memory/RAM.
    
• Keep your Windows updated - (skip if you already installed the latest Optional update)
  
  • Install PC updates including Optional Update. Guide - Update Windows
    
    • Settings > Update & Security (Windows 10) or Windows Update (Windows 11) > Check for updates > download updates and install > restart device and wait for the update to be done.
      
  • If you have issues with update, please check the troubleshooting steps available here - Troubleshoot problems updating Windows.
    
• Update your Windows and Windows drivers: (skip if you already performed this)
  
  • For the best game performance, make sure your system’s video card drivers (or display adapter drivers) are up to date. Drivers are available on the support website for your computer manufacturer, or if your computer system is custom built, on the video card manufacturer’s support website. Updating video card drivers can resolve game crashes, improve frame rates, and improve overall game performance.
    
• Update Xbox app and Gaming Services from Microsoft Store (skip if you already performed this)
  
  • Launch Microsoft Store app on Windows by searching it on Windows search bar.
    
  • Select Library > Updates & downloads > check if an update is available for the Xbox app.
    
  • If an update is available, select Update.
    
• Sign out your account on Microsoft Store and Xbox app. Make sure you are signed in to Microsoft Store and Xbox app with the same credentials.
  
• Try to launch Xbox app see if you can remove the installation games queue.

May we know if you are part of Xbox Insider or PC Insider?

Also, do you have antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall, proxy and PC Optimizer (or something like game accelerator) installed in your PC?

How is it going? May we know if issue still persist?

If yes, please try this:

Run system scans

Run a full system scan. This will check and restore corrupted system files.



In Windows search bar, search for Command Prompt and Run as Administrator.

Copy the command below one line at a time and paste it on Command Prompt:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

SFC /scannow

Restart and check if Xbox app still have installation issue.

We may need to uninstall or reinstall Xbox app.

I cancelled the xbox game pass and bought the pc beta and I still can't install the game, it also isn't letting me uninstall the xbox companion as well as install the new one.
