Can't install campaign pack 1 for COD MW 2019

    Can't install campaign pack 1 for COD MW 2019


    I recently installed COD MW 2019 and am trying to install all the packs to access it. Every pack installs properly, except for the first campaign pack. Every other pack installs without error, but the first campaign pack always fails to install, instead giving me the error code PILUM. I've tried restarting my Xbox, installing it via the Microsoft Store, and neither have worked. To reiterate, ONLY the first campaign pack doesn't work. All other packs are perfectly fine.

    To clarify, when I try to install the campaign pack 1 from the microsoft store I can't get the DLC itself, it instead requires me to buy COD MW 2019 via the Microsoft store (already bought it via Activision)

    I'm probably going to play content I can get for free with Warzone 2.0 until I get a fix for this issue.

    Thank you for your prompt response and we apologized for some misunderstanding on some point.

    If we may ask, are you able to play other multiplayer games in your console? Do you have Xbox Live subscription currently?

    The reason we ask those very important questions which we have missed on my earlier response it is that to play multiplayer games in your Xbox console, requires Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription or Xbox Live subscription which is sold separately.

    Unfortunately I've followed these instructions, and can't seem to find the area to be allowed to download. I've included photos as well from what I see what clicking through from the digital version to purchase, unfortunately not seeing any prompt to download. Final stage showing me the 2 editions, digital for $60 or the right for just the multiplayer pack. Clicking digital takes me back to the digital page, while clicking multiplayer pack takes me back to the screen for the pack itself, but nowhere to download. I appreciate any help!

    I have to same issue but I purchased the game via Microsoft store from my xboz. I tried everything, restarting, flashing the cache and doing a power cycle. Nothing works. When I try to buy it from Microsoft store, it prompts, Oops.not sure what happened here. Please try again later. With this error code
