hey microsoft i buy yesterday the call of duty black ops 4 in my xbox and i am want download the game in the pc

but this is say:"Can't install app. "It looks like you don't have any applicable devices linked to your Microsoft account"

Game Pass on XBOX 360

I purchased Xbox Game Pass recently just to see what it was all about. I do not have an Xbox One just an Xbox 360. Looking at the list of games it only shows 1 game for the 360 -- Lego Star Wars TCS. There is no option through my 360 console to download
this game and when I try to install it through the Game Pass site by hitting the "Install on my devices" button it says

It looks like you don’t have any applicable device(s) linked to your Microsoft account. To install, sign in on a device with your Microsoft account.

My 360 has been linked to my Microsoft account for 8 years or so and I am signed into my Xbox Gold account on my Xbox 360. So did I waste my money buying something that is useless?

After buying a game through Microsoft.com it asks me where I want to install. But it says no applicable devices. After a few seconds the xbox started to download the game on its own so at least they're talking to each other .

However in my devices overview my xbox shows just fine. What's going on?

Thank you for bringing this inquiry to the attention of the forums. When it comes to certain games there is a category called

Xbox Play Anywhere Games where if you purchase the game digitally on the Xbox One then you can play it on your Windows 10 PC. Not all games are a part of the list and therefore would have to be purchased separately on console and PC.
