hey can anyone help me with this, my xbox one stopped downloading games so i contacted the support on twitter and they said to soft reset the console, i did that and my problem got worse now i cant download or play my games, so then i did a full reset and
still my problem hasn't gone away, can any one help me with it?

Maybe you need to try and reconnect your internet. Or you could try using an Ethernet cable on your Xbox.

Have you made any changes to your device before encountering this issue?

Are you referring to installation of applications from the Windows Store?

If you have issues with downloading or running applications downloaded from the Windows Store, we suggest that you access this

link and run the Windows apps troubleshooter.

If that didn't work, kindly reset the Windows Store manually. Here are the steps:

Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog box.
Type WSReset.exe and click OK.
The Store and a command prompt will now open with any message. The command prompt will automatically close after the Store's cache has been reset.

Im having the same problem. I heard rumors that their fixing something about a glitch but havent heard anything from xbox themselves. Hopefully this is fixed soon. Bought a 40 dollar game and can't even install it.
