Can't install any games I get the error code 0x87e0000f

Yeah i bought the game yesterday and i get stuck at 97.3% and it keeps saying installation stopped. Sometimes i do get the error code 0x87e0000f. However tried ALL of the troubleshooting for installation stopped stuff and for this error code to no avail.
i can install any other game, just having this problem with The Division 2.

Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend to first try the troubleshooting given for the error code specifically

0x87e0000f. If this doesn't work, you could try and install the game offline. This will install just the game without the update. Once it is installed then go back online and get the update.
Before going offline uninstall the game completely then power cycle the console once back on then set go offline.
To do this, go to settings>general>network settings>go offline.
