    Can't install any Game Pass game on my PC


    I (still) can't install any Game Pass Game on my PC. I keep getting error 0x00000001. An explanation for this code is nowhere to find.

    I contacted support a while ago, but they didn't have a working solution. I hope that maybe now there are more players with this issue and a solution is available.

    I did all the actions mentioned on the support site (restart, reinstall Xbox app, reinstall services, etc.) nothing worked. It works on my Xbox, but not on my PC.

    Could anybody help me.

    I have XBox Game Pass (3 month) but cannot download any games

    Game Pass for PC is correct.

    Signed into Xbox (Beta) with my account that has Game Pass for PC.

    Signed into Microsoft Store with same account.

    Download/install hangs and eventually fails- never passing 0%
