Can't install any game and i guess they don't have live support

Additional information is needed, please answer the following questions to assist you properly :

What game is the one that you redeemed?
Is this happening on Windows 10, 11 or instead is this happening on Xbox?
Can you share a picture or screenshot of the problem?

And, what did you tried so far to fix this?
In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

Sorry for not responding sooner, but I don't have the Xbox app installled, I only have Xbox Live and resetting it doesn't do anything.

When I try to install the Xbox app, I can't because I can't log in.

I guess Xbox Support should take a look at my account.

Ok, I guess I can buy it again but I can't I install it just by clicking X instead of A on the play game button? I'm just asking because I don't have a hard drive yet and can't download anything. Just wondering what Install Game means.

I have tried the hard reset (I also generally have the power settings on low when I switch the machine off) to no avail - same with reinstalling the app.

Wish there was a way of just emailing support. I'm guessing they don't visit these forums that much.

Oh and I cannot access any benefits, can't install anything can't use trials and I have the join now button visible towards the bottom of the screen.

There is a service alert up at the moment that is affecting everyone.
