    Cant Install AC Valhalla through Smart Delivery


    I have been given Assassins Creed Valhalla as a gift which I've installed onto my original Xbox One. I've since been given a Series S and believed this would work through smart delivery but I can't get this to work. Can anyone help?

    The game should show on the console under your games and apps in the ready to install section of your game library. Select it and start the installation. Make sure you are logged in with the same account you used to redeem the game.

    Yes AC Valhalla will be on Series X too and will use Smart Delivery (Buy it on Xbox 1 and you will get the Series X version Free )

    Yes. Xbox One games will be backwards compatible with the Series S/X. There are also games like Valhalla and Cold War that support Smart Delivery. With Smart Delivery, you can buy the games now on the One and you'll be able to download the Series S/X version
    for free.

    I just download AC Origins through Ubisoft Connect, it's not on the play anywhere either? And my AC Valhalla game is connected to it just like the other AC games. I can also download Odyssey and Origins, just not Valhalla. And i did not pay for them on PC.
