    Can't install a game from a damaged disc, what should I do?


    I own an Xbox 360 and I was greeted with updates. Not sure if it's been added recently but now you can install disc games onto your Xbox. I take good care of my discs, but couldn't install one of my favourite games, Skate 3, as it's unreadable. It usually
    gets to 49-50%

    and I don't really want to re-purchase the game. What should I do?

    P.S: I did try playing from the disc itself, I can only get to the part where it scans for DLC.

    There maybe a problem with the xbox it self and not the disc. The disc reader may be damaged.

    note this is unlikely but still could be possible as it a old console

    You may be able to contact the manufacturer and get a replacement disc

    Yeah, can't seem to install the games, or even play them from CD.
