Can't install a disc game from Microsoft store

I just want to let you know that the only way to see the "install" option for a game in the Microsoft store is when you buy a game digitally.

If you only see the "buy" option that's the reason.

But you can install a game remotely in your console without owning a digital license. Let me share the instructions:

Download and open the Xbox mobile app > once you set up the app with your console go to the search tab > look for Fallout 4 > tap on "download to console"

The download should start within a few minutes

You don't install from the xbox stoee

You install.from.the home.meny

Are you installing from disc?

Edit: If so, insert the disc into your xbox, go to microsoft store, search for the game, press install, this fixed it for me

Browse for content to install from the library in the Microsoft Store app or by browsing the store. If you can't find it or can't install it, I recommend contacting game support.

You can't download a digital version from the store unfortunately, when you did a factory reset did it allow you to re-install the game from disc or did it not recognise the disc in the drive still?

If it allowed you to install it could be waiting for the latest updates to download and install.
