Can't Install 1.4 update

Discus and support Can't Install 1.4 update in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I've been trying to download this update for days but it never seems to finish!!!     Can't Install 1.4 update


    I've been trying to download this update for days but it never seems to finish!!!

    I have fibre optic broadband so know its not that this game is doing my head in can anyone help???

    Microsoft really should get the developer to sort this out

    If the Sony 4K TVs can upgrade from HDMI 1.4 (2160p/30) to HDMI 2.0 (2160p/60) with a simple firmware update, why can't the Xbox One do the same?

    I work for At&t the hdmi cables we supply with installs are HDMI 1.4 just ran into this issue hooking up new 55 Vizio rummaged through multiple cables and finally came across two 1.4 REVISION HDMI cables all issues have subsided. 2.0 is overkill but wouldn't
    hurt any less or more. ALSO PER MICROSOFT TECH SPECS INPUT AND OUTPUT OF HDMI PORTS IS 1.4. so 1.3 or less would cause issues. The provided cable with the x1 is 1.4 compliant
