Can’t hear voices on war-zone through headset.

Hello again, this is really weird, it seems to be something on Xbox and not in the game, try doing the procedure below which is a reset of the console keeping games and Apps to see if it returns to normality.

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > system > console > system

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note - You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

Hi Georges C, Thanks for getting back to me. I have already done a cache cleanup and still has not fixed the problem. My headset format is set on “stereo uncompressed”.

Also when I press the Xbox button and go down to the bottom right to Audio & music it’s greyed out and says ! “ Use your headset or other devices to change volume”. I can see my headset volume half way but the other two - headset chat mixer and Mic monitoring are turned all the way down and won’t allow me to turn them up.

Hello Chanddow, by your description this happens when you listen by the headset, right, this happens with other games too, or only with Wazone, you said you've already touched the audio setup part, see again if it's not set to DTS sound or 7.1

Also try a cache cleanup on the console by following the procedure below, if you've already done so, tell us what you've tried on the console.

The first is a cache cleanup:

1. Go to xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on your console for 10 seconds until it turns off

2. Wait 10 seconds for it to turn off

3. Wait 1 minute with it off

4. Turn it back on
