    Can’t hear my friends/ other players but they can hear me


    Been playing on my Xbox Series C no problems until I’ve recently moved internet provider from Sky to Vodafone WiFi

    I noticed that upon join party chat my friends could hear me but I couldn’t hear them.

    I then run all tests and noticed my Nat type was moderate. I’ve now got my NAT type to open by enabling UPNP.

    I then restarted console, router etc

    Tried again same problem can’t hear.

    I get a message “Trouble hearing part or game chat? Try adjusting your audio.” I also had this message from the start in party chat.

    I’ve checked all settings privacy, audio the lot as guided.

    I’ve tried port forwarding my Xbox but I notice the port number changes on the Xbox each time and so when I go back into router after a reset they don’t match.

    I now have run out of ideas can anyone assist me please??

    Clean your console's MAC, restart your internet device for a few minutes, and try again.

    To clean the MAC follow this path

    Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.

    If the problem persists reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

    Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.

    In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

    To reset the console>

    Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

    ***Do not reset your console without having your account email and password.***

    La entrada de los controles es de 3.5 lo cual te permite habilitar el micrófono, también podria ser una falta de actualización o que tu amigo te a silenciado sin querer.

    Try unmute your mic while the party menu is open on the left side of the screen press y to unmute your mic

    Have you made sure that your mic isn't muted on your end? A good way to check this is to see if the circle around your profile pic in the Party menu is showing up when you speak or alternatively you see your Gamertag pop up in the Party Chat overlay (enable
    this in Party Menu settings) when you speak.

    Ask your friend to open your Xbox GT Profile in console Friends list and see if it is Muted and if so then select Unmute option. Your friend may have a Privacy setting enable that prevents him hearing you, maybe this troubleshooting page "Not hearing the
