    I can't hear mu friends after i plug in my headset in game like if we are playing fortnite right after i plug my headset their voices disappears and i can't hear them but they can hear me. im on xbox series s if anyone is wondering

    I'm referring to the settings under the "Voice chat" section of Fortnite's in-game audio menu. Did you change those?

    Hi, NourHatem! thank you for your reply.

    Have you already tried adjusting your headset's chat mixer? to do so:

    • Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    • Scroll down to the speaker icon.

    • Make sure your headset's volume is turned on.

    • Adjust the headset's chat mixer.

    I'd also suggest making sure your in-game audio settings are adequate for voice chat.
