    so recently i could no longer hear my lovely music from d2 when i plugged my headphones in, contacting xbox support failed badly. After, messing around on the system i figured out how to fix the issue so...

    Plug the jack into your controller

    After that tap xbox home button it will open the quick menu

    From there you go right all the way to system you will see a short list ex notifications settings audio xbox assit

    Click on audio from there turn the headset chat mixer down do not have it on the highest volume.

    After that everything should work.

    Audio sounds "canned" when playing video, but fine in games

    I'm having a related problem. My games, Xbox Music etc... sound fine. However, when using Xbox Video, Netflix etc... I can't hear any voices. I can hear background noises and music, but no voices.

    Xbox 360 Music Passthru Using Xbox One

    I have my Xbox 360 connected to my Xbox One via HDMI Passthru. Game audio and apps have perfect sound.

    However, when I access either the Xbox Music App (I have a subscription) or the Xbox Video app on the Xbox 360 in Passthru Mode, I
    do not hear any music audio and when I Play a video, I see the video perfectly, but no audio. I can play for example
    iHeart Radio which is also an app and I can hear music perfectly in Passthru mode.

    If I play Xbox Video or Xbox Music directly through my Xbox One, audio plays fine for Xbox Music and Xbox Video. So in appears "ONLY" in Passthru is it that I can't hear any music or hear the audio when the video is play. I know the music is streaming because
    I can see the countdown timer click away as the seconds elapse on the Xbox 360 screen.

    Any ideas?

    So, to clarify, you aren't able to play the videos from the playlist that you set up on your Xbox 360? The streaming of Music Videos is a feature of Xbox Music on the Xbox 360 console only. There's some info in our

    FAQ: Listen to music and music videos on Xbox 360 with Xbox Music    .

    The functionality to search, play, and view Music Videos is not in the Xbox Music app on other devices.

    I didn't hear it, I've done it, re-read please. You can get a refund for any purchases only 1 time. Same thing for Xbox music and videos, and games so by default I've experienced calling them and asking for a refund and they gave it to me, but any case I
    don't want to argue with another little kid who thinks he knows everything. If it wasn't true I wouldn't get a refund for either Xbox music and videos or the $1.00.

    All I hear from the internet (especially after 2013 E3) is how Microsoft strayed away (with the xbox one) from the only thing that matters with consoles: playing games... Now the internet is filled with whining about not being able to play music/videos,
    WMC, etc. on the xbox one....Talk about a bunch of whiney mixed messages. Microsoft can't please anyone no matter what direction they go.

    1. Youtube is a feature coming to xbox this december. It will take the form of an app just like the "Netflix" and "Hulu+" apps. As for browsing the internet, that is still in the air...

    2. You can already play/stream music and videos to your xbox 360. As of right now you can only burn music from a disk or you can place the music/videos on a thumb drive.
