    Party Chat Sound Problem

    My headset works fine, it has sound and the mic works. Game chat works too but I can’t hear other party members in Party Chat but they can hear me

    Headset not working!

    My headset does not work at all! I hear nothing and my friends hear nothing also! Even using the Kinect for chat in game or in parties doesn't work!

    Check out this page which has some troubleshooting steps: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/troubleshoot-sound

    They have a specific section for game or app audio being inaudible during party chat with details on checking the Chat Mixer settings.

    Post if your in-game chat DOES work (not party chat).

    Sometimes mine works and sometimes it doesn't. But today I was in a private party chat and I could hear game chat plain as day in my party chat while I was still hearing my party chat members. They could also hear me talking back to them in game chat somehow.
    There are some definite issues with this.

    My headset only works in party chat. When I'm playing other games I can see that people are talking but I can't hear them and they can't hear me. It only works in party chat.
