    Can’t hear friend on Xbox voice chat help


    My friend recently unblocked me from Xbox after accidentally blocking me. After re adding him as a friend and unmuting him I still can’t hear him but him and others can still hear him speak can someone help with this issue??

    Can’t unmute my friends

    I need help with my party chat so I logged in today and I wasn’t able to talk to my friends there in the party chat but they can’t hear me and it shows them on mute

    I have the same bug since December in my Xbox Series X, specifically in Fortnite chat.

    I try eeeeeverything and nothing works....I'm really desperate 😭😭😭

    This just started randomly for me last night. Exact same issue. Please help!
    If you are connected by LAN cable, disconnect it and connect via Wi-Fi, that is the only thing that worked for me 🤷🏻‍♀️

    This could really be a bug from the last update, in which case you'll have to wait for a fix to be released.

    Hello again, this is really weird, try doing a reset on your console.

    Xbox One reset keeping Games:

    Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

    Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

    Select Reset console.

    Restore and maintain my games and apps.

    Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

    Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.
