cant go onto email, forgot password, xbox is gone and didnt have 2 factor auth

Sorry for the confusion, likewise the steps mentioned above are for accounts that have been stolen or access has simply been lost, and you cannot find any way to recover it. All of these problems are addressed through the account recovery form.

Let's say that the only alternative you have at this moment is to send the account recovery form (You mentioned that you have tried to fill out the form but believe me it is the only option), I have also been through this situation, so I can give you some recommendations:

The first thing is to enter information that the account has, in case a phone number or card has been deleted, you should simply omit that information and not add it to the form. That said, you can enter the following link:

thank you for the help but also i did not get hacked i have mostly just forgotten all my account information

Well if your parent forgot their password, you could simply have them try and do an email recovery/reset.

Have them go on this site, enter their email and select I forgot my password. All they would have to do is log onto their email account and follow the steps listed in the email.

If you still have access to the email that your account is attached to you can try changing your password using the forgot your password settings. If you are using 2 factor authentification it may send the request to the app.
