    Can't "Go Offline" on Windows 10 app.


    Well title pretty much explains it, I can almost absolutely never choose to Go Offline while remaining signed in by that I mean I will click my avatar, click the Go Offline Option and poof nothing happens I stay with an Online status. I either A) Have
    to Sign out and Sign back in or B) Completely uninstall and reinstall the app, just to be able to choose the option to Go Offline. Once my status is Offline I have NEVER, not once, chosen to switch my status back to Online, and yet it automatically does this
    for me. How can I turn this option off if it is one. This is highly annoying.

    I've just realised that when going onto my profile on my xbox it constantly has 'Appearing Offline' under my gamertag and doesn't change when I change offline/online with either the console of the windows 10 app

    Hi thanks for the advice. I've tried setting myself to offline, turning off my Xbox then going online using the Windows 10 app on my laptop but I'm still showing offline to friends. Is there a particular way/order I need to do it?

    I can't play a game that I have on an original disc without internet, it tells me to log in with the owner or renew my subscription when I want to play with my disc.

    live chat on xbox.com, on the console, or on the Windows 10 app? It is still on the Windows 10 app, but generally you can't send live chats unless you are on the phone and Windows 10 apps or in the Clubs on the console.
