Can’t go back to edit the email for sign in

Here is instructions on how to do that

To Update Email on EA account:

1. Go to ea.com and log in.
2. Click the avatar on the menu bar.
   • If you aren’t already signed in, do that now.
   • If you are already signed in, click Account Settings.
3. Select the About Me tab.
4. Click Edit beside "Basic Information."
5. Click Edit next to: Email Address
6. Answer your security question.
7. Enter new email address

Once do this you can go back to the My account page and scroll down under connected accounts and there should be an option to revoke access to your xbox one gamer tag. Then when you load back up an EA game it should ask you to sign in with an EA account
and you can then put in the new email and password for the account.

Did you check the Spam folder for your alternate email address? Can you confirm that by going to account.live.com, sign in there (you will be able to sign in even with an Xbox account problem) then choose Edit security info to look at the alternate
email address.

On a PC go to account.live.com, and sign in. If you get any messages that you need to verify your account, follow them. If not add security, that's the point of the 8015D002 code I think. Verify those proofs by going to whatever email/phone it asks you too.
Sometimes after you add an email and phone number, (security question too, always have one that's good) and you select Save it'll bring you back to account summary. From there go back to edit security info and see if it asks you to verify anything. After that
you should be able to download your profile and sign in.

Hi AaronFawbert, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

There is no option to transfer but you can definitely change the primary alias of your Xbox profile.

To do this, make sure that the Microsoft email address that you just created does not have an Xbox profile. (Never signed in on an Xbox website, never signed in on Xbox console or other Xbox services).

1. Sign in to your account by using your existing alias and password. - https://account.microsoft.com/profile

2. Go to Your info at the top of the page.

3. Edit Info

4. Select Add email and then "Add alias"

Make sure not to remove the current alias without setting the new email address as the primary alias because that will delete your Microsoft account along with your Xbox profile".

Also, a reminder from Microsoft: "Warning When removing an email alias that’s connected to a Microsoft domain (such as @Outlook.com, @Live.com, or @Hotmail.com), that email is completely deleted from our systems and can’t be used to send or receive emails. It won’t be available for use again as an alias on another account. Microsoft doesn’t recycle email addresses, so it can’t be reclaimed at a future time."
