    Can’t get Xbox kids accounts to be able to cloud game even though the cloud icon is present.


    I have an Xbox Series S with three accounts on it, mine and one each for my kids. I also have game pass ultimate. There are no time limits set for the kids and their content is limited to under 16 years old. Although I can play all the games on the cloud, in their accounts, the games have the cloud icon on but when they click on a game, it only has an install button…. Rather than the button to cloud game. Any idea how I can get their accounts to cloud game too?

    I understand you need assistance with cloud gaming. Just to clarify, Xbox Family Group is not related to cloud gaming and is only used for managing family members' account restrictions. On an Xbox console, you can share your subscription with family members using the Home Xbox feature. However, please note that only the account that has the Game Pass Ultimate subscription will be able to access cloud gaming, as it is not shareable.

    Go to My Games & Apps>Full Library>Xbox Game Pass and set the filter to “Cloud gaming” to explore. Next, click the “Play” button with the cloud icon and get to gaming

    I have Game Pass Ultimate and I can't download the flight simulator on Xbox One

    Flight Simulator has not been released for the Xbox One, so you can't install it. You can play it through the cloud on an Xbox One though. If you look up the game, it should give you the Play option with a cloud icon and you'll play it from there.
